Returns and Exchanges

If any of the art works or products you ordered are damaged in transit, please inform us within 3-5 days from the date you received the order and return the item(s) to us. We will gladly replace the product or offer a refund depending on the situation. Please contact us before sending an artwork back so we will provide you the right address for it at artfashionchannel@gmail.com.

Send your return to us via the shipper of your choice; you pay for postage at the point of return until we receive the damaged item(s).

Processing/shipping charges and freight surcharges are non-refundable. However, if the return is the result of our error, we will pay the original and return fees. To submit a request for this, please contact us. Please allow 7-10 business days to receive your refund.

Custom and Personalized Items

Custom and personalized items cannot be returned or canceled. In the event your item arrives damaged or defective, we will happily send you an exact replacement at no additional cost.
